I have struggled with anxiety most of my life, and can still get overwhelmed by the amount of products on the market that claim to help. I wish I had a place I could trust to find clean products that considered all of what my mind and body needed in that season as well as being biblically sound.

In my professional career as a Biblical Counselor, I led women in many different seasons of life ranging from ages 16 to 91. No matter what the struggle, I always saw they would benefit most from a mind, body, soul approach to their wellness journey. That's why I created Sense & Sanity.
